Sara’s Lingerie wants you to have the best shopping experience, so we offer FREE ground shipping on all domestic orders. We also offer 2nd day air and Overnight shipping at amazing rates. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days (M-F) directly from our store in Studio City, excluding major holidays. Ground Shipping has a delivery time of 1-8 business days, depending on the destination. We do not offer Saturday delivery including on overnight and 2 day shipping orders. All 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air ship the same day of order for all in-stock orders placed by 5:00pm EST.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is shipped, we will send an email confirmation, which will include the tracking number or postal delivery confirmation information. You can also locate your tracking number on the My Orders page of your Account (sign-in required) or by using the Orders and Returns page (link is available on all pages of our site at the bottom). Please note, that tracking information is provided by the carrier and can be delayed from time to time.

PICKING UP ORDERS IN-STORE
For local customers who like to shop online and wish to pick up their orders in store, please select the in-store pickup method at checkout. In-store pickups are always free and when your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an e-mail to let you know your order is ready to be picked up. You can pick-up your order during our normal business hours: Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-4pm, we are closed on U.S. Holidays.
Currently, we are only accepting Canadian orders via our site. For countries outside of Canada, please feel free to contact us with inquiries to ship to your country. Please note that Free shipping and returns is for domestic US orders only.
We estimate a delivery time of 7-10 days for international orders, but cannot guarantee this due to the potential of customs delays. If you have questions about international shipments or shipments to Military APO/FPO addresses, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refused shipments: If you a shipment from Sara’s Lingerie is refused, you are responsible for all shipping charges, Import Fees that on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Sara’s Lingerie.
Possible delays on International orders: When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Sara’s Lingerie and any original shipping time estimates.
Gifts: If your order is a gift, the cost of the item must be included on the customs form. We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels.
